Re-call Libyan Bomber To Prison
Abdel baset Al Magrahi, should be recalled back to the Uk to serve his time in prison.
In light of recent events in Lybia and the fact that the authorities in Scotland are having difficulty in contacting this man, he should now be forced to return to the UK to be taken back into custody.
The fact that he has lived TWO years on rather than the 3 month prognosis means that he is well enough to finish his tiem here in the UK
