House of Commons to debate and vote on having an early General Election
House of Commons is the only power in Parliament that can call an early General Election. Right now there's no clear leader for the Conservatives, Labour, even the Greens, and who even pays any attention to the Lib Dems anymore?! They need to be forced to fix up their act's across the board.
