Ensure the final decision whether to leave the EU is made in parliament.
As the EU referendum vote was advisory, and not legally binding, parliament should vote on the final decision as to whether to leave the EU. This decision should be guided by, but not decided by un-elected members of the public. The decision should be made by elected MP's using expert advisors.
