Increase government spending on HIV and Hepatitis C awareness & treatment
More funding is required for HIV & Hepatitis C to combat increasing infection rates. Education is needed to combat complacency of HIV infection as well a as education into the transmission route of Hepatitis C and it's subsequent health implications. Increase in funding is also required to find new treatment regimes and eventually find a cure.
If transmission rates continue at current levels it will take up a huge amount of resources from the NHS.
