Harsh penalties for cyclists that break the highway code.
I am seeing more and more cyclists going through red lights and posing a danger to themselves and those around them. Cyclists constantly moan about getting crushed to death by buses and lorries. Figure out why? If I had gone through a red light in my car the police would be on me in a matter of seconds.
