We call upon HM Government not to invoke Article 50 of The Lisbon Treaty.
Invoking Article 50 of The Lisbon Treaty is a legally distinct step from the result of the 2016 UK European Union membership referendum, which was advisory and not legally binding. We the undersigned call upon HM Government not to invoke Article 50 as there is no legal obligation to do so.
