Ensure political advertising carries an ASA disclaimer
Unlike any other advertising, political advertising is exempt from the remit of the Advertising Standards Authority. The public expects all adverts to be legal, decent and truthful, including political adverts. All political advertising should carry a disclaimer about exemption from ASA standards.
