Any significant reform to the EU should prompt a further referendum
The UK has voted to leave the EU upon the current structure of the EU and how it impacts upon the UK. If reform is made to the EU prior to the exit of the UK, then the UK should be given the opportunity to consider if it would now like to remain based upon the reform made.
Exiting the EU will have serious implications for all within the UK. If the basis of some peoples objections to remaining a part of the EU have been removed or alleviated then they should have the opportunity to reconsider.
