Parliament should exert its sovereignty & vote for/against remaining in the EU.
The 23rd June EU referendum was advisory only (no legal provision was included in this referendum to obligate the Government to follow the result).
The narrow margin in favour of leave is not a sufficient mandate to do so, given the UK, European and global repercussions that have & will result.
