The U.K. voted to leave the E.U with a narrow 51.9% to 48.1%.
The U.K should hold campaigners responsible for misleading the public on key issues such as, immigration and funding for the nhs.
The public, remain or leave, deserve justice for the now backtracked lies used by campaigners

The commitments you mention were not Government commitments, so the Government is not bound to implement them. By themselves, the Leave campaign has no way of implementing their commitments, because they are not in power - the Government is.
