Allow all UK citizens to vote in any further Scottish Independence Referendum.
Since the EU vote, the Scottish Parliament is pushing for another Independence Referendum. If Scotland were to leave the UK it would have an effect on all UK citizens.
At present Scottish MP's are allowed to vote in the UK Parliament on decisions that effect the whole of the UK. Surely it would be fair therefore, in a decision that effects the whole of Britain, all of Britain should be allowed to have their say.
