BBC licence fee, you pay so you you choose.
WE pay the licence fee, so WE employ the presenters who appear on OUR tv and radio shows. If an agreed number of viewers/listeners (to be decided in the DCMS select committee) express dissatisfaction with said presenters, then the presenter must seek alternative employment in the private sector. If 100,000 (as an example number) customers in a restaurant complained about the waiter/waitress, said employee would be fired. The BBC should be no different!
