Hold a referendum of the British people to decide the next Prime Minister.
The result of the EU referendum and the circumstances leading to it leaves half the electorate anxious about the future. The potential candidates for the leadership of the Conservative party include liars and opportunists. The British voters, not only Tories need to be able to influence the result.
