Hold a second referendum requiring a minimum margin between 'Leave' or 'Stay'.
The currently running petition requesting a second referendum may not be properly considered by parliament because it is asking for a retrospective change in the rules whereas with a second referendum the new rules would be stated before the second referendum is held.
