Urge cross party support for a strong UK within a strong Europe
At some point there will be a general election in the UK and we will be committed to an uncertain path unless there emerges a cross party unity on the issue of our continued membership of the UK.
We are faced with what seems like a perfect storm; deep fears of the economic and financial consequences of leaving the EU, fears around the break-up of the UK so soon after the Scottish people rejected independence, fears for the status of Northern Ireland within the UK and the very real prospect that we will be governed by the Euro sceptic wing of the Conservative party.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
