Call for Referendum on Capital Punishment
I want the Government to reintroduce capital Punishment for Murder where the culprit is proven to have committed the crime by witnesses or scientifically without doubt and subsequently tried by jury and found guilty.
Stabbing or Shooting a person should automatically result in capital punishment.
