Support measures for Scotland to become an independent state within the EU.
The results of the recent referendum on EU membership have shown a strong level of support to remain amongst the Scottish electorate in contrast to the vote in England and Wales. The Scottish people should now be allowed to decide whether its future lies with the U.K. or the EU.
