Hold a General Election before any implementation of EU referendum result.
There is a legitimate concern that the EU Referendum result was achieved via the widespread and cynical use of misinformation and falsehoods. Given this, the result should be either confirmed or overturned by a General Election fought primarily on this single issue.
Statements made after the result regarding the NHS funding, immigration and the status of the Single Market have been radically different form statements made during the campaign.
Furthermore, as the post Referendum Government will be significantly different from the Government and leaders elected in the 2015 General Election, a new vote is demanded.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
