Let England vote to expel Scotland from the United Kingdom.
In the 2014 Scottish Referendum, English voters had no say in the potential breakup of the United Kingdom. Following the EU Referendum, the Scottish Government is considering a second referendum on independence from the UK. Should England (and the rest of the UK) have a say in any potential divorce?
