Allow all British nationals resident within Europe to vote in the referendum.
Because I have livedin Spain for more than 15 years, I have not been able to vote in the recent referendum.
Having demonstrated living in the spirit of being a member of the European Union and now unable to have a say in its future is tantamount to being excluded as one of its citizens.
