Hold a referendum to determine whether the uk should reapply to join the EU
Given the recent vote for the uk to exit the EU. I would seek a referendum to determine whether an application to rejoin the EU would be the will of the U.K. Population

The UK has not yet left the EU. You could start a new petition calling for a referendum on whether the Government should reapply for EU membership as soon as the UK leaves the EU.
