Scotland and Northern Ireland should veto Brexit.
The people of Scotland and Northern Ireland have voted overwhelmingly to remain in the EU. They are being dragged out against their will. Under the European Communities Act, as leaving the EU is not in the Scottish or NI interest, the leaders of the devolved nations should veto Brexit.
