Invoke Article 50 to start the process of formally leaving the EU immediately.
The EU Referendum has passed, with a narrow margin voting in favour to leave the EU.
Throughout the campaign, David Cameron had repeatedly said that a vote for leave would lead to triggering Article 50 straight away.
Whether implicitly or explicitly, the image was clear: David Cameron would be giving that notice under Article 50 the morning after a vote to leave.
In a recent speech, he quietly abandoned that position and handed the responsibility over to his successor.
Instead of passing the buck to his successor, David Cameron should be forced to do his job and act on the will of the British people with immediate effect.
