V.A.T to be removed from car insurance

Additional Information

I would like to see V.A.T. and oyer taxes to be removed from car insurance. As it is a legal obligation to have car insurance if you own a vehicle i believe this is an unfair tax. Especially for those like myself who have no other way to get to and from work.
