Close bars (and some restaurants) in the Houses of Parliament

Additional Information

Why are there bars in the Houses of Parliament? Bars and restaurants take up much needed room in Parliament. They are distractions for our elected representatives. They receive heavy subsidies. Closing them and introducing a more modest service would seem appropriate in the current economic situation.
