Parliament to debate a further referendum on remaining in or leaving the EU.
The referendum was seriously flawed. The democratic flaw was that the ballot excluded the position probably held by the majority of UK Citizens: a reformed EU with immigration management. The legal flaw was that Parliament's intention was not to create the probable breakup of the United Kingdom.
