Parliament should be recalled early from, and/or delay starting summer recess.
Parliament packs up on 21/7/16 and returns on 5/9/16. Almost immediately it takes a month off for party conferences. Apart from a week in September, it doesn't convene properly until 10/10/16. In light of the EU referendum result, it should be recalled early, and/or delay starting the recess.
