Give British Citizens the right to retain EU Citizen status
The EU has never encountered a member state leaving until now. There is no precedent as to whether or not the citizens of a country leaving can request to retain their individual EU Citizenship.
The younger people of this country were born with dual citizenship, as shown on their passport. They are citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and of the European Union.
Individuals should have the opportunity to choose whether they exchange their "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and European Union" passport (and citizenship) for either UK Citizenship or EU Citizenship, even if that means having to live in this country as a foreign national.
