Call a free parliamentary vote on whether the UK should remain or leave the EU
MPs must provide leadership for the Country. The electorate has given its opinion on membership of the EU in the advisory referendum. However given the closeness of the vote and the complexity and ramifications of the decision MPs must balance all of the issues and make a binding decision for the UK
