Confirm the EU referendum invalid if Scotland would leave the UK as a result
The EU referendum was held on the basis of the UK as it currently stands including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The loss of Scotland would be a material change in the constitution of the UK changing the proposition of the EU referendum.
