Fine cat owners that allow their pet to foul on other peoples' property.
My neighbours' cats persistently foul on our street and in others' small gardens. It has got so bad and so frequent that I am unable to allow my two small children to play in my garden. Apart from the fact that it is immensely unhygienic and foul smelling, it has also ruined my garden.
Rightly, there are very strict rules and hefty fines related to dog fouling. Why is this not the same case for cat owners, particularly when the owners are aware that it is taking place but are reluctant to take measures to try and prevent it ?
