Display on all vehicles evidence of vehicle insurance.
The problem of uninsured vehicles being driven on public roads is a serious one and becoming more serious as premiums rise and more people - especially young people - decide not to bother to effect Third Party Insurance. Although it would not totally solve the problem it would certainly help if an "insurance disk" had to be displayed on the windscreen next to the tax disc. The Government should amend the existing legislation accordingly.
