Revision of Planning Legislation, in particular with regards to changes of use

Additional Information

That Parliament reviews the Use Classes Order, which determines if planning permisison is needed when the use of a building changes.

Currently , for example,an established public house can be turned into a supermarket, bank etc without the need for planning permisison.
