Allow all EU Nationals living in the UK a vote if there's a 2nd EU referendum.

Petition Details

The recently held referendum discounted the views of all EU Nationals who currently live in the UK unless they have a British, Irish or Commonwealth passport. If a 2nd referendum is held it should be open to all residents of the UK no matter where they have come from, this will be truly democratic.
