Additional Information

APR levels charged by money lenders needs to be regulated to reasonable levels. These lenders are taking advantage of poor and vunerable. Some lenders are charging, well over 1000%. The vunerable need protection against these opportunists lenders, while still having access to reasonably priced loans.
