Statutory sick pay review

I propose that Statutory sick pay is reviewed as the the current level of sick pay is unacceptable.

More and more company's do not offer sick pay schemes in these difficult times, which I can appreciate.

I propose that SSP is calculated as a percentage of daily wage.
