Before Brexit is enacted, hold a judicial review into the EU referendum process
The EU Referendum campaigns contained many inaccuracies, and since the result politicians have admitted such. It should be examined whether the electorate was significantly influenced by these inaccuracies and whether the result is fair and reliable.
An example of an inaccuracy is the claim that £350 million/year extra could be spent on the NHS after Brexit, which key Leave campaigner Nigel Farage denied on the morning of the result.
