Void BREXIT. Vote count method has methodological flaws.
Highly significant regional heterogeneity present in this (UK) population is disregarded in the naïve arithmetic aggregation of the votes. And the 52-48 split is not significantly different from a 50-50 split.
The 52-48 split was qualified as inconclusive in advance of referendum. Heterogenity sources: Wales, NI and London. Ignoring these flaws places government at risk of legal liability.
