Hold an inquiry into the poor conduct of the referendum.
It has become clear that the referendum regarding the UK's membership has been very poorly conducted. The leave campaign has won based on misinformation and scaremongering. They should also be held accountable for the current surge of racism under the Religious and Racial hatred act 2006.
