Hold a second EU referendum given the results of the referendum of 23rd June.

It is in the national interest that the electorate's wishes should be clearly ascertained before the UK proceeds with such profound constitutional change. On 23rd June the EU referendum established neither that a majority of eligible voters desires withdrawal nor that a majority wishes to remain.
