Introduce a statutory code of conduct for election information.

Petition Details

Misleading election information undermines democracy & trust in the political process. Parties currently sign up to a voluntary code of conduct but recent elections show this to be inadequate. We are calling for a robust set of guidelines with forfeiture of the result for those failing to adhere.
