Give young people an incentive to recycle aluminium and glass drink cans

Additional Information

Please devise schemes to give rewards and incentives to young people to recycle glass and aluminium and steel drink bottles and cans.

Our roads, pavements and grass verges are littered with discarded bottles and cans.

Can we go back to the old system in which lemonade and soft drink bottles had a "deposit" on them which was returned when you took the bottle back to the shop.
