Invoke Article 50 without delay
We call upon Her Majesty's Government to immediately give formal notice to the EU and invoke Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union.
Delaying the start of formal proceedings until after the appointment of a new Prime Minster is unnecessary procrastination. The electorate has given the Government their mandate and the Government should now act swiftly, decisively and most importantly, positively. This is the best way in which to start the healing process between 'Leave' and 'Remain' voters and avert further national discord.
