Referendum result must be declared void - the NHS was perceived to endorse Leave
Use of the NHS logo by the Vote Leave campaign broke NHS Brand usage rules, may have been perceived as an endorsement of the Vote Leave campaign by the NHS, and therefore influenced the outcome of the referendum. We the undersigned request that the result of the EU Referendum be declared void.
"We send the EU £350 million a week, let's fund our NHS[logo] instead. Vote Leave[logo]."
The NHS logo should never be used as a substitute for the letters ‘NHS’ in a sentence or phrase. The NHS is a source of great national pride, and the identity evokes high levels of trust amongst the public. The NHS is recognised spontaneously by over 95% of the public. Use of the brand must be "Honest: avoiding misleading information or false promises.".
