Ensure Vote Leave's "£350 million for the NHS" pledge is kept.
Vote Leave emblazoned this pledge on the side of its campaign bus: “Let’s give our NHS the £350 million the EU takes every week.” Now they claim this was never a commitment.
In the interests of democracy the Government MUST ensure such a central campaign pledge is implemented.
Vote Leave's Iain Duncan Smith claims the clear and unambiguous pledge was never a commitment, despite the fact it may well have tipped the result in favour of Brexit:
