United Kingdom Dissolution or Scottish Independence
To treat all UK citizen's equally and fairly , if the break up of the Union is to take place then it should be for all Involved to decide the dismantling of the country they live in not one section. All citizens should be asked if they wish the United Kingdom to be split up.
