Make sure cuts as a result of the EU Referendum effect all civilians equally
The referendum was a choice that everyone was involved in. we feel that it is only fair that the results and effects of the referendum should be shared equally.
This means that pensioners -not just people of working age- should contribute to cuts needed and that no group should be exempt.
Of all budget cuts in the past few years pensioners have received received very few and have been protected under the "triple lock pension":
