Parliament to decide on UK 's membership of the European Union.
UK constitutional convention is that Parliament is the supreme decision maker. Thus referenda,like the recent one on EU membership are merely advisory. Latter must not be allowed to override Members' parties published policies on the EU, which are overwhelmingly for the UK to remain.
