Scottish Independence referendum 2 INDY2
if this (the remain or leave vote is less than 60% based a turnout less than 75% there should be another Scottish independence referendum) rule is under the discussion of parliament than why not consider for Scottish independence referendum 2 as well because of the 48 percent yes voters.
