We need a system of Proportional Representation to heal our divided country.
In May 2005, the Tories won a mandate to rule with 35% of the total votes counted and with 330 seats. UKIP had 12.6% of the votes and won only one seat. The SNP had 4.7% of the votes and won 56 seats. Clearly this is totally unfair. First Past the Post is a broken system and needs to be replaced.
